Ryan Has been mowing lawns since he was a teenager. When he started this business his mom had to drive him to his jobs because he was too young to have a license. With years of experience and a love for the industry, Ryan oversee's the business and insures Affinity continues to run like a well oiled machine. He's a proud husband to Sarah, and dad of 6 beautiful kids.

With us since our start in Lynchburg, Bryce McCloskey is one of our proud veteran team members. We’re thankful for the many years of experience and skills he brings to the forefront in helping our business grow and evolve. Bryce is our lead sales man and also oversees landscaping, fertilizing, and hardscaping. Married to Courtney, Bryce has three boys that love being outside just like their dad and a baby girl.
